The Realme GT 7T is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8400 Max 4nm Processor. This chipset is designed for flagship-grade performance, and its AnTuTu score (1752087) reflects its top-level gaming performance.
When I compared it to its same chipset PocoX7 Pro smartphone, it delivered similar performance like 120FPS BGMI/PUBG and Call of Duty gameplay, with high 60FPS Genshin Impact gameplay.
Honestly, the Dimensity 8400 Max processor is well-suited for 120FPS gaming. now, the Realme GT 7T supports only 90FPS BGMI gaming, but via software, it supports 120FPS BGMI gaming, according to the Realme Support team.
With Call of Duty Mobile supports 120FPS, and Genshin Impact support highest 60FPS gameplay, delivering smooth performance without major lag.

Realme GT 7T Graphics (GPU) and Touch Sampling Rate
Every good gaming smartphone requires good graphics hardware for a better gaming experience, and the GT 7T has high performance gaming GPU compared to its previous generation GT 6T smartphone. The Realme GT 7T is equipped with an ARM Mali-G720 MC7 GPU, and its Geekbench GPU score(10783) indicates smooth 90FPS gaming.
And the Realme GT 7T touch response time is excellent, it has a 360Hz touch sampling rate and 2600Hz instantaneous touch response for gaming. When I play BGMI, COD Mobile and Genshin Impact, it works smoothly, and I don’t feel any touch response issues.
Realme GT 7T RAM and Storage Test
The Realme GT 7T has high-quality 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB UFS-4.0 storage for better gaming performance. this RAM and Storage uses its competitor, the Poco X7 Pro, but the Vivo T4 Ultra’s price is almost similar; it uses LPDDR5 RAM and UFS-3.1 storage for cost-cutting.
The Realme GT 7T LPDDR5X RAM and UFS-4.0 Storage consumes less energy, has higher data transfer speed, Faster game loading like BGMI open in 3 seconds and provides a smooth and more impressive gaming experience.

When I test the Realme GT 7T gaming performance, I use this following parameters:
- Tested Games: BGMI, Call of Duty Mobile, Free Fire and Genshin Impact.
- Settings: BGMI (Smooth + 90FPS), CoD Mobile (Max+ Max 60FPS), Free Fire (Max + 60FPS) and Genshin Impact (High + 60FPS)
- Metrics Measured: FPS stability, thermal performance, battery drain.
- Tools Used: FPS monitor apps and a heat gun for temperature checks.

- During my one-hour BGMI session on the Realme GT 7T, I experienced smooth performance with the ‘Smooth + Extreme Plus’ settings, offering 90fps best gameplay with minimum frame drops.
- This phone maintained a stable frame rate, delivering 91-88 FPS during TDM matches and classics matches delivered 86-90 FPS gameplay on various maps like Erangel, Sanhok, and Livik.
- My gameplay time occasionally frame rate drop to around 63 FPS, which occurs on the Livik map, but the phone quickly recovers to its smooth 90FPS stable performance.
- With the GT 7 T’s Highest BGMI graphics, “Ultra HDR + Ultra” frame rate 40FPS setting delivered outstanding on TDM and classics match, and delivered FPS around 38- 41FPS.
Additionally, the battery drain was 23% after 1 hour of play, and the phone remained cool even with the highest settings gameplay compared to the Poco X7 Pro smartphone, with a max temperature reached of 36.9°C. Which is excellent.

Overall, Realme GT 7T delivered outstanding performance for all games like Call of Duty, Free Fire, and Genshin Impact Gameplay without noticeable lag or stuttering.
Realme GT 7T Thermal Management and Throttling Issues
The Realme GT 7T Thermal control was impressive compared to any other smartphone, thanks to its advanced 360° Ultimate Cooling system with 7700mm² vapour chamber Ice Sense Graphene cooling.
However, my Realme GT 7T phone’s gameplay max temperature is 36.9°C, and COD Mobile’s max temperature is 36.6°C.
Realme GT 7T Gaming Battery Drain Test
- Every gamer needs a large battery backup phone, so the Realme GT 7T has a 7000 mAh battery. After 1 hour of BGMI Gameplay battery dropped around 23%. which is excellent for gaming.
- So, you can play around 6 hours of nonstop BGMI gaming and any heavy task easily, with normal tasks like social media use around 11 hours.
- It comes with 120W fast Charging support. And the charger takes 40-45 minutes, 0%-100% charge. Overall, its battery backup improved compared to the Realme GT 6T smartphone.

The Realme GT 7T has a slim vegan leather back design (8.2mm thickness) and gives a lightweight feel (203g), making it comfortable to hold for extended gaming sessions. Overall, it is a good design for gamers.

The Realme GT 7T delivers impressive audio quality for gaming. It has dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support that provide clear, loud, and immersive sounds. However, a 3.5mm headphone jack is not available; you can use earbuds or a Type-C audio jack for better audio.
Network Connectivity
During our long gaming session, my Realme GT 7T’s strong network capabilities and 15 5G bands with SA, NSA support significantly boosted gaming performance. It’s Bluetooth v6.0 and Wi-Fi 6 work great with no connectivity issues. Bluetooth supports A2DP and LE connection, providing excellent bass and clear sound quality.
