But how does it perform during gaming? I used this phone for a few days and shared my gaming experience. I play different games like BGMI/PUBG, COD, and Free Fire.

This Dimensity 8350 Ultimate antutu score is around 13 Lakes+ and delivers a good gaming performance compared to its previous generation GT 20 Pro smartphone.
Honestly, the Dimensity 8350 Ultimate processor is well-suited for gaming, as the Infinix GT 30 Pro supports 120FPS BGMI and Call of Duty gameplay, delivering smooth performance without major lag.
Graphics (GPU) and Touch Sampling Rate
Every gaming good smartphone requires good graphics hardware for a better gaming performance, and the Infinix GT 30 Pro has a Mali G615 MC6 GPU ideal for 120FPS gaming.
This phone’s touch response is excellent, it has a 1200Hz instant touch sampling rate for gaming. Overall, its full file a good gaming phone requirement.
RAM and Storage
RAM: The Infinix GT 30 Pro has 12GB LPDDR5X RAM. Which is excellent, this type of RAM is generally used in flagship-grade smartphones under the 40-50K price range. The LPDDR5X RAM consumes less energy, has higher data transfer speed, Faster game loading and smooth gaming.

When we started the Infinix GT 30 Pro gaming test, the room temperature was 31°C with Wi-Fi connectivity. The display brightness was set at 50%, and the phone’s protective case was removed to measure heat dissipation accurately.

- I experienced that this phone maintained a stable frame rate, delivering 113-118 FPS during TDM matches and classics matches delivered 107-115 FPS gameplay on various maps like Erangel, Sanhok, and Livik.
- My gameplay time occasionally frame rate drop around 39 FPS, which occurs on the Sanhok map, but the phone quickly recovers to its smooth performance.
Additionally, the battery drain was 33% after 1 hour of play, and the phone remained hot even with the highest settings gameplay, with a max temperature reached of 46°C. Because it is a new processor, after software updates, it may be stable.

The GT 30 Pro Thermal Management and Throttling issues
The GT 30 Pro Thermal control was not impressive, this gets warm but not uncomfortably hot, thanks to its advanced 7000 mm² vapor chamber graphite cooling.

My previous GT 20 Pro gaming test experience it thermal under control after via software updates. My 1-hour BGMI gameplay max temperature is 46°C, and COD Mobile max temperature is 42.6°C.

The Infinix GT 30 Pro offers a high-quality display that is well-suitable for gaming. it features a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED panel with a 144Hz refresh rate and up to 240Hz touch sampling, ensuring smooth visuals and quick touch responsiveness.

Its peak brightness is 4,500 nits, making it easy to view even in bright environments, while 2,304Hz PWM dimming helps reduce eye strain during extended gameplay sessions
But you spend long hours on gaming, the GT 30 Pro TÜV Rheinland Eye Care certification, and Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection, adding additional durability and comfort for gamers.

The Infinix GT 30 Pro delivers impressive audio quality for gaming. It has dual stereo speakers tuned by JBL that provide clear, loud, and immersive sounds. However, a 3.5mm headphone jack is not available; you can use earbuds or a Type-C audio jack for better audio.
