Build: The Neo 10 has a modern, gamer-centric design, and its back panel use a plastic frame and body for lightweight. It is 8.09mm thick and 208.2g weight, making it comfortable to hold during long gaming sessions.
Protection: This Noe 10 screen is protected by Schott Xensation Up glass for enhancing durability against scratches and drops, with an IP65 rating for dust-tight and water-resistant.
Overall, this phone has a gamer-friendly design for gaming lovers.
iQOO Neo 10 Display Quality and Features

Screen: The iQOO Neo 10 features a large 6.78-inch flat AMOLED display with a sharp 1.5K resolution (2800×1260 pixels), offering a high pixel density of 452 PPI for a clear visual experience.
Refresh Rate: This phone display supports a smooth 144Hz refresh rate for ultra-smooth gameplay and better battery management. If you played on a 90Hz to 120Hz screen and then switched to 144Hz, you’ll instantly notice how it feels more responsive and fluid.
Brightness: The Neo 10 features a peak brightness of 5500 nits and supports up to 2000 nits in HBM mode, making it an excellent choice for outdoor gaming. When I play BGMI under sunlight, we do not face any visibility issues.
PWM dimming: This phone features 4320Hz PWM dimming, which is automatically activated when using the phone in low brightness, and it helps to reduce eye strain during long gaming sessions.
Overall, it’s a good display for gaming, but we are not buying it only for the display. We need better graphics hardware for smooth gameplay. Let’s find out its hardware power.

iQOO Neo 10 Processor Performance Review

The Vivo iQOO Neo 10 is the first phone to be powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 SoC in India, and its antutu score is 2066479.
When I compared it to its previous Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC, its CPU and GPU performance were boosted by 31% and 49%. Which is excellent for all high graphics gaming.
Smooth BGMI gameplay requires at least 7 Lakh above score. The Vivo iQOO Neo 10 comfortably achieves its triple score. It runs India’s popular mobile games, BGMI/PUBG and Call of Duty, smoothly at 120FPS with Genshin Impact at 60FPS with high graphics.
iQOO Neo 10 – GPU Performance
A good gaming phone requires a high graphics handling GPU for End games, the Neo 10 has Qualcomm’s latest Adreno 825 GPU. Additionally, this phone has Q1 Self-developed chip that offers 1.5K super resolution and 144 fps super frame rate using game frame interpolation.

The iQOO Neo 10 delivered long session performance. When we do the CPU throttling test, it scores 69℅, which is impressive, but it indicates a minor frame drop during a long session.

But we test three different graphics settings, like- Smooth + Ultra Extreme, Balanced + Extreme Plus and Ultra HDR + Ultra settings. Let’s find out its BGMI Performance.

BGMI Gameplay Performance
- Smooth + 120FPS: During my 30-minute BGMI session on the iQOO Neo 10, I experienced smooth performance. It’s delivered around 115- 121 FPS on a TDM match and 110- 120 FPS delivered in a classic match on Erangel maps.
- Balanced + 90FPS: This graphics setting delivered 87- 90FPS on TDM match, and Classics match delivered 84- 91FPS on Livik maps.
- Ultra HDR + Ultra: Last we tested the Ultra HDR graphics setting on a TDM match, it delivered 39- 41 FPS without frame drop.
- Frame Drop: Occasionally, frame rates drop around 90fps on Ultra Extreme settings and Extreme Plus settings frame drop of around 55fps, especially during jumps and heavy combat. But it quickly returned to its smooth performance.
- Thermals: Max temperature reached 39.6°C after 30 minutes. The phone gets slightly warm but not uncomfortably hot, thanks to its advanced 7000 mm² vapor chamber graphite cooling.
- Battery Drain: The phone battery drain was 14% after 50 minutes of gameplay, and the phone remained cool even with the highest settings.
Overall, this real-world BGMI test shows the iQOO Neo 10 capabilities, 112- 120FPS, and it is good for hardcore players.

The iQOO Neo 10 Call of Duty supports 120FPS on Low + Ultra settings, and it delivers smooth performance without major frame drops.
This phone supports the highest 60FPS graphics setting on Genshin Impact and delivers around 58fps without frame drop.

If your budget is around 25,000, and you found a 120FPS BGMI gaming phone, the iQOO Neo 10R is another value-for-money option.
